Privacy Policy

Cyber Pinball · Last updated: September 10, 2026

Bored Brinko ("we," "us") developed Cyber Pinball (the "Game"), a mobile pinball game for Android. This policy explains what data the Game and the third-party services it uses collect, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the Game only.

The short version

1. Data collected directly by the Game

None. The Game does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or contact information, and does not transmit your gameplay data to us. Each machine keeps its own score table, and those tables — along with your initials, your machine choice and your settings — live only in the Game's local storage on your device. They are deleted if you uninstall the Game. We have no copy of them.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, part of Google's Mobile Ads SDK, in two forms:

Buying either the Remove Ads upgrade or the All Machines bundle disables interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded ads remain available to those players as an option, because they are how you claim an extra ball or a doubled bonus.

To select and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect:

DataPurpose
Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)Ad personalization and frequency capping
Approximate location (derived from IP address)Regional ad targeting and legal compliance (e.g., consent requirements)
Device information (model, OS version, language)Ad formatting and fraud prevention
App interaction data (ad views, clicks, install events)Ad measurement and billing

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own Privacy Policy. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's system settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on most Android versions), and you can opt out of personalized ads at any time through the consent prompt described below or via Google Ads Settings.

3. Consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you're located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to show a consent prompt before any ad is requested, in line with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework and applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR). You can choose personalized or non-personalized ads, and you can change your choice later from the PRIVACY row on the machine floor.

4. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

The Game is free and includes two machines. The remaining machines can be unlocked with optional one-time purchases, and there is a bundle that unlocks all of them as well as a separate upgrade that removes interstitial ads. All purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card details — Google handles the transaction and shares only the purchase confirmation needed to unlock your purchase, tied to your Google account.

Because Google Play is the source of truth for what you own, your purchases are restored automatically when you reinstall the Game or set up a new device with the same Google account. A RESTORE PURCHASES option is also available on the machine floor.

5. Data retention and your choices

6. Children's privacy

Cyber Pinball is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at the address below and we will investigate.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves (for example, when new features or third-party services are added). Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
